Pearly provides dental practices (“Customer”, “Provider”) with modern software tools designed to help Customer engage, manage, and collect payments from their patients (“Client”, “Member”).

We take the privacy of our users seriously and comply with all applicable regulations and laws, including the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (“HIPAA”), and PCI compliance.

INFORMATION COLLECTED

Pearly collects information to make your experience better and may collect the following information from you:

Basic Information: name, telephone number, email address, date of birth, address, login credentials, and bank, credit and/or debit card details.

Health Information: data related to your and/or your dependents healthcare needs.

Device and Usage Information: IP address, operating system, mobile device type, browser, time and date of website visits, and URLs of websites visited that referred you to the Services.

SMS Subscribers: Subscriber information will not be shared/sold to 3rd parties for their direct marketing purposes.
